Your GeoExchange system can perform at the utmost efficiency when you follow the recommendations of a thorough peer review by our certified experts. With over thirty years' experience dedicated solely to the design and implementation of GeoExchange applications, Water Energy is uniquely qualified to respond to any issues regarding your GeoExchange system, whether it was designed by us or not. Sometimes the solution is a simple re-wiring of control, or much more severe as a design deficiency or sub-grade and uninstalled equipment that was specified in the original documentation.

 

GeoExchange systems and Ground-Source Heat Pumps have approximately 15% to 30% lower maintenance costs than conventional HVAC applications. However, like any other Mechanical system, GeoExchange applications must be maintained regularly and serviced only by qualified professionals. We can help you identify the whether your maintenance program is lacking, and help you qualify contractors to perform the job right.
